  2. You start looking for a house plan; pick the design concept, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and more.

  3. You choose a few potential lots.

  4. With the help of your banker, you complete financing arrangements for the construction loan. Your banker provides us with your pre-approval letter.

  5. We finalize your house plan and discuss pricing details.

  6. We provide you with a range of costs for your desired plan and features.

  7. We continue to meet with you to finalize all details of the plan and features.

  8. We present for your review our final bid.

  9. You complete arrangements for financing.

  10. All parties sign contract.

  11. Construction on your new home begins!
